Keywords:
technology readiness, work experience, technology training, employee performanceAbstract
This study aims to investigate the effects of technological readiness, job experience, and technology training on employee performance at the Jember Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP). The significance of technical readiness and human resource adaptation in the face of digital transformation in the public service sector is not the focus of this study. Both a survey approach and a quantitative research approach are used. The research population consisted of all Jember Regency ASN DPMPTSP employees, and the research sample was created using a census of up to 45 respondents. Data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire, and multiple linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results of the study show that technical readiness, job experience, and technology training, respectively, have a favorable and significant impact on employee performance. At the same time, these three criteria have a significant influence on improving employee performance. These findings imply that increasing technical readiness, leveraging work experience, and implementing technology-based training are effective strategies for enhancing apparatus performance in the era of digitizing public services.
